Anodisers WA now make comparing anodising and powder coating easier with VSA. VSA measures the paint perimeter and applies one rate for all colours. The rate becomes the only variable in the estimation process. The chart below shows anodising as a long-term cost-effective finishing solution.

Post Fabrication

Post Fabrication – the process of cutting long/standard lengths of extrusions to make windows and doors. * All windows and doors are Post Fabricated Anodisers WA (AWA) includes the provision of Post Fabrication. AWA does not void the warranty when aluminium is cut to make windows and doors. Including this provision ensures compliance with Australian Consumer Laws (ACL)
Powder Coat suppliers void the warranty when aluminium is Post Fabricated.

On Site Touch Up

Long term protection over a short term fix. Anodisers WA provide touch up options including anodic rubbers and finishing pads. This process reduces/removes on site damage while retaining the warranty. The use of on-site touch up paint voids the powder coaters supplier’s warranty. Touch up paints short-term benefits are limited but leave a long-term liability for the owner.
