What We Do

Anodisers W.A. was established in Belmont some 50 years ago.

Over the past five years we have invested considerably in the environmental aspects of our business. Since moving to our current location in O’Connor in 1977, the company has expanded to become a market leader in the Australian anodising industry.

Our processing plant incorporates state of the art equipment and we remain at the forefront of innovations, keeping up to date with industry breakthroughs and exploring developments overseas. Our wastewater treatment system has been applauded by the Western Australian Water Corporation for minimising the effect our company has on the environment and ensuring a better future for generations to come. Anodisers W.A. complies with Australian Standards AS 1231 2000 and incorporates quality control throughout the business to ensure our products meet our customers’ high level of satisfaction.

Our Process

We specialise in conventional anodising for the architectural, building, construction, marine and electronics industries.

Second only in hardness to industrial diamonds, anodised aluminium is easy to clean and requires little maintenance. This beneficial result combined with an array of aesthetically pleasing color finishes opens up wide range of application possibilities. The anodising process takes between four and five hours and can be applied to all aluminium products, regardless of grade. Our baths anodise products to a maximum length of 7.2m with a coating thickness of between 10 and 25 microns. The most popular colour choices are bronze hues, which are light-fast and suitable for most architectural applications.
