Anodisers WA is authorised, by AIA, to deliver Continuous Professional Development events to communicate the facts about the anodising process.

We would welcome the opportunity to present an informative and interactive session to your design team, either over lunch, face-to-face or virtually via Zoom, at a time to suit you. In accordance with AIA requirements, formal presentations are designed to run for an hour and include 10mins of discussion time and questions.

Our current CPD event is as follows:

Specifying anodising as an aluminium surface finish and comparing with common alternatives.

List the critical issues/points relating to visual or performance parameters
Identify the design factors affecting finish choice whether that be anodising or powder coating
Outline why Australian Standard recommendations are important to the specifier
Define the risks associated with over specifying
